• High heels are not allowed inside the museum. Please wear flat-soled, comfortable footwear.
• Certain artworks feature UV lights, flashing lights, and fog effects.
• We recommend wearing comfortable, practical clothing that allows you to move freely and enjoy the immersive experience.
• For those interested in taking photogenic pictures, wearing white or plain-colored outfits can help you stand out against the vibrant projections and lighting effects.
• Some installations include water elements. Consider wearing clothing that can be easily rolled up to the knees to avoid getting wet.

• If no time slot is booked, entry is on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to venue capacity.

• Tickets allow direct entry :
• Wednesday and Thursday 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm will be Adults Only timings. During these hours, families with children will not be permitted entry.
• Guest must be 18 years and above with adult ticket.
• Guests can visit the venue without any prior timeslot booking during this period only

• TeamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi will be closed on 20 November and partially closed on 21 November (last entry 3:30 PM).
• Guests with tickets booked before 5 November for 20 November will be rebooked to an alternative date.
