• Passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried.
• Children below 12 years of age are not allowed.
• The height, weight and age restrictions are as follows :
• Age criteria : Guests aged between 12 and 65 years will be allowed (Minors under 18 years require the consent of their parent/s in person)
• Weight criteria : Guests weighing from 30 to 120 kgs will be allowed.
• Height criteria : Guests with height ranging from 130 cm to 200 cm will be allowed.
• Wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves).
  
• Please notify the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience.
• Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.
• Ticket is valid the date and time slot selected.
• Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services
  

Please note: Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower 1 Level 1, entry point next to residence entrance or via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance of Sky Views - Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy).

• Para todas las cancelaciones realizadas 24 horas antes de la hora de salida del tour NO se aplicarán cargos. 
• Si la cancelación se realiza dentro de las 24 horas anteriores a la hora de salida del tour, se aplicará un cargo del 100%.
• Si tiene derecho a reembolso, se le devolverá el importe en un plazo de 7 días laborables.
