Cancellation & Refund?

?      If services are partially utilized for the Dune Buggy Ride Dubai Experience, no refund will be given. 

ID & Timings

?      Bring a valid official ID.

?      Pick-up time is the time slot selected by the guest.

?      Pick is usually 60-90 min before the selected slot.

Pick up & Duration?

?      Guests are brought in a shared transfer from their location, provided while booking.

?      The buggy ride in the Dubai desert is for 60 minutes.

Dress Code?

?      Wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement.

?      Do not bring any heavy luggage.

Age Requirements?

?      You need to be 20 years of age or above to ride the dune buggy.

?      You need to be 16 years of age or above to ride the quad bike.

?      Passengers have to be 6 years of age. 

Health & Safety?

?      This activity is not recommended for pregnant women and individuals with back issues.

?      Helmets are compulsory.

?      Follow the instructions given by the guide.

?      Drifting, over speeding, or any other reckless actions will result in ride cancellation. 

?      Guests have to sign an indemnity before starting the buggy ride in Dubai.

• For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
