  2. Select the time slot after due consideration of Immigration and Lugagge time required upon arrival, For eg. If your flight arrival time is 3.00 pm, it will take approximately One and Half hour to clear immigration and Luggage in such cases, the time slot to be selected is 5.00 pm
  3. By chance if you miss the pick up as per your selected slot, you will be accomodated in next available slot, In case you do not want to wait please ask us to arrange private transfers with an additional charges

      • A valid photo ID must be provided at check-in.
      • All experiences require you to be a confident swimmer, able to swim at least 200 meters.
      • Avoid alcohol or non-prescription drugs for at least 24 hours before diving.
      • You must complete the Deep Dive Dubai liability release and medical form before diving; a separate waiver applies for the snorkeling experience (links provided at the time of booking).
      • If you have any medical conditions, get written approval from a doctor before taking part.
      • Guests over 50 years old are recommended to get a doctor's approval before diving.
      • Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on the day of the dive.
      • Outside diving equipment is not allowed; permitted items are limited to a mask, breathing regulator, gauges, fins and cameras. Diving cylinders, buoyancy compensators, wet or dry suits and diving booties are not permitted.
      • Arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time of your experience.
      • After diving, wait 18 to 24 hours before ascending above 300 meters (1,000 feet), including by air travel.
      • Your booking is valid only for the date and time selected.
